Remember the “Bus Revolution” that SEPTA backed down from implementing a few years ago, after public outcry? The Boston consulting firm that planned the “Revolution” missed some key factors in our city’s transit usage.

Now, Philly’s public transit agency is once again cutting service and changing bus routes with little public input, and it’s likely to hurt riders, says Hall Monitor’s consumer reporter, Lance Haver.

Riders are going to lose their bus routes or have to wait an hour to catch their bus home, Haver warns. Will your bus route be affected?
