Councilmember Jamie Gauthier has been pushing to end Philly’s contract with Chester’s trash incinerating company, Reworld, for nearly a year. She blames Philly’s mayor for the bill’s delays, and says it’s to time to stop choking Chester’s low-income, primarily Black families.
Gauthier shares her concerns tonight with Hall Monitor co-host Denise Clay-Murray.
