Philly ICE-Out Bills To Ban City’s Cooperation with ICE Agents

Trump’s militarization of ICE is “extremely dangerous, and we want to make sure that we are protecting Philadelphians,” says city councilmember Rue Landau, who recently co-introduced ICE Out bills to block the city’s agencies from cooperating with ICE and to force ICE agents to remove their masks and display their badges.

“We don’t want to help them [ICE] in any way at all,” Landau told the Hall Monitor livestream on Feb. 11, 2026.
